Spirit Cafe The Spirit Cafe is located inside The Stitchin' Den and is expanding for the summer. Check out the great spots for hanging with your friends, sipping coffee or tea and working on your favorite project. The Spirit Cafe The Courtyard Shops are probably the best kept secret in Estes Park. It is just off of Elkhorn making it an easy side trip if members of your family or group want to shop in different parts of town. It is just behind Bond Park where many of the festivals and art shows are held all summer long. Visit the shops and wander throughout the courtyard. It is shady, quiet and surrounded by trees, waterfalls and ponds filled with trout. Grab a beverage from The Spirit Cafe or eat at The Vega restaurant where you can sit on top of the building and experience the breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains and town. Summer and Fall Classes

Summer and Fall Classes

Summer has arrived. Escape the heat in the lower elevations and experience Estes Park and all it has to offer. Start out the summer with some "me" time.

Our Summer and Fall Class list is ready to go. New ideas, techniques and fibers all geared towards our busy lives and busy schedules. Check out our great line up of instructors. What better way to spend the summer, but with some time learning new things.

Marilyn Mueller, knitting teacher

Marilyn Mueller is an Estes Park local who has really impacted the staff at The Stitchin' Den. Her sense of color, style and design is truly inspiring. She gives a sense of fun and adventure to all of her projects.

Beginning in September, Marilyn will begin teaching at the shop.

Our Staff Welcomes You!

The Stitchin' Den staff enjoys having everyone stop and visit us in the shop. We have a lot of room to sit and chat while working on our favorite projects. We have created a cozy safe community of people enjoying each other, fiber, color and a moment to stop and catch your breath.

Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park are perfect destinations for your travels within this country. The weather is warm and all of the flowers are exploding with color. The elk are wandering around town.

Estes is small enough making most shops and restaurants within walking distance from your hotel or campground. The hiking, fly fishing, golfing, horseback riding and camping are fabulous.

Our shop has space for all of its wonderful stitchery charts, canvases, fibers, books and classes. The needlework area even has its own table for picking fibers or working on a project.

Mission Statement

We want to be your destination for all your knitting and needlework supplies. We will strive to provide you with a fun and memorable experience every time you visit the Stitchin’ Den.

Our mission is to support you through every project and provide you with exceptional supplies, education and customer service.

We want to bring the art of knitting and needlework to all who are interested including our customers, community groups and functions and students of all ages.
